Alloy Chain Sling Safety, Rigging, and Inspection Seminars
Alloy Chain Sling Safety, Rigging, and Inspection Seminars are available at no charge through your local Peerless distributor. Our presentations are primarily held in-person or can be on a virtual platform in certain circumstances. They are presented in conjunction with our local distributors who offer the complete line of Peerless alloy lifting and rigging products. The program includes a comprehensive agenda and overview of OSHA, ASME, ASTM, and other standards regulations.
Our seminars are designed to fit your company’s safety requirements. The participants will be provided with information that will enable them to achieve an OSHA acceptable level of competency required when using and inspecting alloy chain slings daily. Generally running from 90-180 Minutes, depending on the content, they can be extended for up to 4-6 hours. Each presentation is custom designed to provide the greatest amount of applicable information within the allotted timeframe. The seminars can even begin in a classroom setting then shift onto the shop floor or service yard to perform a hands-on chain training session. We encourage full participation and questions throughout the training session.

BTH Standards, Inspection, & Operating Practices Training
Available at no charge through your local Peerless distributor, these seminars are primarily held in-person or can be on a virtual platform in certain circumstances. In conjunction with local distributors who offer the complete line of Peerless Below-the-Hook products, this program includes a comprehensive agenda and overview of OSHA and ASME B30.20 & BTH-1 standards.
Designed to fit your company’s safety needs. Generally running from 60 to 90 Minutes. Additional time can be allotted for an in-plant review of current Below-the-Hook application opportunities.
Cargo Control Seminars
Peerless Chain presents Cargo Control and Load Securement seminars. These presentations are primarily held in-person or can be on a virtual platform in certain circumstances. They are presented in conjunction with our distributors that offer the complete line of Peerless cargo securement products. The program includes a comprehensive agenda and overview of tie-down definitions, DOT, CFR, NCS (Canada), CSA, and FMCSA Regulations, and hardware products used for safe load securement.
Our presentation is designed to fit your company cargo securement safety needs. Generally, the seminar will last for 90-120 minutes in length and attendee participation is highly encouraged throughout the presentation. The group will be asked to answer questions, perform calculations, and provide real world examples that will help the group to have a better understanding of cargo securement. Depending on the location and availability, a review of on-site securement practices can be performed in a hands-on session with employees responsible for securing various loads.
